Bubblecast allows users to upload and display User Content on the Bubblecast Website and/or on other websites using the Bubblecast "Embeddable Player." User Content that you publish will be accessible to all Bubblecast users of the Bubblecast Website, whether or not they are registered Bubblecast users and to all partners, affiliates, agents, designees, licensors, licensees or sub-licensees (collectively, "Partners"). Furthermore, any Bubblecast user can publish your User Content on a website other than the Bubblecast Website, using the Embeddable Player. In addition, User Content may also be available for other Bubblecast users to modify, copy, download, or combine with other User Content.
You understand and agree that if you publish your content or otherwise distribute it to other third parties you are making your submissions available to individuals in ways Bubblecast cannot and does not control. Bubblecast collects personal information when you create your user account with Bubblecast to use Bubblecast Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) or to post content on the Bubblecast Website.
